Did You Know You Can Set Up Alerts and Manage Your Avadian Debit or Credit Card on the Go?

Let’s say you’re on high alert about your account information because you’ve seen articles about how scammers are trying to take advantage of the current coronavirus situation.

Or let’s say you decide to take a road trip. Not right now, but, you know, when things are back to normal. You’re all set to leave when you remember you haven’t let your friends at Avadian know that you’ll be traveling. You’re concerned your card will be declined since you’re using it so far from home.AccountAlerts_FB

The features of the new online and mobile banking experience can help you keep an eye on your accounts with alerts and help you notify us of your travel plans with travel notifications.

You can do them both right from a computer or your mobile device.

To set up an alert so you can keep an eye on all your card transactions, simply go to Menu Account Actions Alerts + New Alert Transaction Alerts and follow the steps.

To set up a travel notification, just go to Menu Card Services Card Management Travel Notifications and complete the steps. You may need to scroll down to see “Travel Notifications.” You can also freeze or unfreeze your card or report your card lost or stolen by going to Menu Card Services Card Management. To report a lost or stolen card, you’ll need to click on the card image.
